Easter, Avalanches and Google Pranks the Internet

March is known as Colorado’s snowiest month, so lots of people head up to the mountains for a chance at the best snow. For Alex White and his friends though it was more of a nightmare than a skier’s dream. After being buried for more than three hours, White was rescued and shares his experience with the Denver Post. Scary stuff!

Spring Break came to a close on Easter Sunday. Rev. Jim Ryan ran this year’s Easter service at Red Rocks amphitheater and with nearly 12,000 people attending, this is the largest service held at Red Rocks so far. Attendees arrived starting at 5 a.m. and filled seats till the service began at 6… as a college students that’s too early for us! http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_22911276/2013-red-rocks-easter-sunrise-service-record-crowd

And who could forget today is every prankster’s favorite holiday? Google gets in on the fun with “Google Nose” and we get in a few chuckles too…
